Returns and Refunds

TATVIDA offers 30-day return policy for all the orders on our website.

For any reason, if any customer is unsatisfied with their order, they can contact us to arrange a return. 

Subject to the terms below.

1.TATVIDAmust be notified no later than 30 days after a customer places their order.

2.The products should have original packaging, and should be returned with all accessories. 

3.The customer shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to TATVIDA.

4. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item has been inspected.

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. 

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO TATVIDA WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, OR AN RMA NUMBER
(this is vital for us to be able to track returned items)

Return Shipping:

For a change of mind purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
